I created these boards for a 'Pi Day' pitch Discovery Creative Agency was doing for the Science Channel. This year presented a once-in-a-century opportunity to celebrate Pi Day, as it will be 3.14.15 (the number Pi is 3.1415) My design direction focused on glorifying what Pi represents; the infinite ratio of a circle. I attempted to realize this theme by disassembling the image of space [an infinite thing] with circular rotations.

These are style frames I developed for a promo Discovery Communications is doing for the 2015 film 'Jurassic World' - My design mimicked the rocky look of the films' logo, and feel of the ancient world with elements of leafy brush and cryptic fog.

Style boards I created to pitch the graphic presentation of the John Hendricks Innovation Awards in the summer of 2014. John Hendricks is the founder of Discovery Communications. The award show is an annual internal celebration of the most innovative and creative initiatives and programs at Discovery Communications. I attempted to display a stroke of innovation through combining a pen and ink style with technical lines.
My graphic style boards for an anniversary event celebrating the foundation of Discovery Networks International (DNI). As of 2014, DNI had been operating for 25 years. It is one of the most extensive international television businesses in the media industry, designed to inform, entertain and inspire the world. To illustrate this, I strived to display a theme of world-wide connectivity with fine white lines traveling through a vague, mystical setting, ultimately illustrating the main messages of the event.

I created these style boards for a Mythbusters Marathon graphics package on the Science Channel. The concept was to show our messages atop a desk in the famous Mythbusters Garage. Using a plethora of scientific devices as well as random props from the show, my theme geared toward the quirky madness of the program.

TLC needed to brand a one-week special called Dishing with the Duggars. It was a look back on the last 8 seasons of the program '19 Kids and Counting' in which the cast watched special moments from the last several years. It also included interview style footage in which the family "dished" on a variety of subjects. I created two different style directions for this project. These frames were used to build one cohesive, family friendly look for the week-long special.
